Annie's Quilting Legacy : Saturday Sampler

I have always enjoyed working with my hands. When I was young I took sewing classes but never really enjoyed using a sewing machine. Later in life I tried knitting,crocheting , and counted cross stitch which brought me some satisfaction. All the while my mom was making clothing and quilts. I didn't decide to quilt right away. I began doing appliqué work. Many homes have my working hanging on their walls. This lead me to quilting and I found my love. I do all my work by hand and it is a joy.
